Tappet Valve Lifter Cummins Engine ISB – Engine QSB
Valve Tappet Cummins Engine ISB 4.5 / 5.9 / 6.7 – Engine QSB 4.5 / 5.9 / 6.7
The tappet is installed between the camshaft cam and the rest of the valve train. It transmits the cam’s motion to the pushrod/rocker arm system, allowing the valves to open and close properly.
Applications for Cummins 4BT 3.9, 6BT 5.9, ISB, QSB, and C-Series 8.3 engines.
Final compatibility must be verified using ESN, CPL, QuickServe, and the Cummins catalog before installation.
