ProDieselParts uses UPS, FedEx and USPS
Shipment processing times
We ship from various regional warehouse across the country to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ProDieselParts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
ProDieselParts is not liable for any products lost during shipping. In the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please contact us to get the replacement process started.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return / Refund Policy
You should feel confident shopping with Prodieselparts. Customer happiness is our top priority. If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase when it is delivered, you may return it within 30 days after the delivery date for a refund, an exchange, or credit (subject to a 20% restocking fee).
For all products, ProDieselParts extends the manufacturer’s warranty, and we provide a 12-month unlimited mileage warranty.
Within 30 days of the purchase date, returns must be postmarked. All products being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all tags and labels.
No tearing of the shrink wrap is permitted. There is no return on bearings or gaskets if the seal is damaged.
Installed or altered parts cannot be exchanged.
Please get in touch with us right away if there are any differences between your new and old part.
When returning an item that you ordered inadvertently, there is a 20% restocking fee. The cost of shipping is not reimbursed in these situations.
Special ordered items cannot be returned.
To return an item, you must call us at 786-715-8258 to be given appropriate instructions for return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, credit or exchange. Please allow at least __ days from the receipt of your item to process your return, credit or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
