Intake Valve Kit Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
Intake Valve Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine QSC 8.3
The valve is installed in the cylinder head, on the intake side of the combustion chamber. Its function is to open the intake port during the correct phase of the engine cycle, allowing air to enter the cylinder, and to close, creating the necessary seal during compression and combustion. It is made of Superalloy, a high-heat-resistance alloy suitable for use in engine valves.
Applications: ISC 8.3, QSC 8.3, ISL 8.9, QSL 8.9 / QSL9
There are also aftermarket catalogs that list the C Series, L10, and M11, but these applications should be verified using the ESN/CPL, because the most specific documentation available focuses the 4089761 primarily on the ISC/QSC/ISL/QSL families.
