Intake Valve Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine QSC 8.3
Used primarily on Cummins ISC 8.3 L, 6-cylinder, 24-valve engines. The valve is installed in the cylinder head. During the engine cycle, it opens the intake port, allowing air to enter the cylinder, and then closes against the valve seat to seal the combustion chamber during compression and combustion. It is made of chromium-silicon steel.
Engine Applications: Cummins ISC 8.3, ISC-230, ISC-315; additional QSC/QSL applications must be confirmed by ESN/CPL
