Rear Main Seal Kit Cummins Engine ISB 4.5

The kit provides a seal at the rear of the crankshaft, preventing engine oil from leaking at the point where the crankshaft exits the engine block toward the flywheel/transmission housing. It is therefore installed at the rear of the engine block, on the flywheel side. The sealing component is typically made of a technical elastomer that is resistant to oil and high temperatures, combined with metal support/reinforcement elements.

However, we recommend checking the ESN/CPL before the sale: not all configurations within the same engine family necessarily use the same oil seal.
