Connecting Rod Bearing 0.020″ Cummins Engine 6C 8.3 – Engine 6CT 8.3 – Engine 6CTA 8.3
It is installed between the connecting rod head and the crankshaft connecting rod journal. It creates a lubricated sliding surface that reduces friction and wear and maintains the proper clearance between the connecting rod and the crankshaft. It is used when the crankshaft connecting rod journal has been ground down by 0.020″.
