Piston Kit Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
Piston Kit Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
This is an articulated piston kit, used primarily on Cummins QSL9 / QSL 8.9 L engines with the HPCR CM850 system. The kit is mounted inside the cylinder bore and connected to the connecting rod via the pin. Its function is to convert the pressure generated by combustion into linear motion and then, through the connecting rod and crankshaft, into rotational motion. The piston rings ensure that combustion gases are contained, control oil on the cylinder walls, and aid in heat transfer.
Also used in Cummins ISC, QSC, ISL, QSL 8.9 L, and QSL 9 engines.
It should not be automatically considered interchangeable with all QSL9 pistons. There are different configurations; always verify at least one of the following: ESN (Engine Serial Number), CPL, ECM/Control Module, Cummins QuickServe catalog, old piston/crown number, engine application, and dimensional comparison.

Cylinder Liner Sealing Ring Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine QSC 8.3
Seal, Rectangular Ring – Cylinder Liner Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine QSC 8.3
It is mounted in the lower section/seal area of the cylinder liner, between the liner and the engine block. It is part of the cylinder liner sealing system. Its main function is to seal the cylinder liner against the engine block, prevent coolant from flowing into unintended areas, prevent contamination between coolant and engine oil, and maintain proper sealing of the cylinder liner during the engine’s thermal cycles.Verified compatible Cummins engines: 6C 8.3, 6CT 8.3, 6CTA 8.3, ISC 8.3, QSC 8.3, ISL 8.9/9, QSL 8.9/9.I recommend verifying compatibility using the ESN (Engine Serial Number), CPL, QuickServe/Cummins Catalog, cylinder liner number, block number/casting number, engine year/configuration, and a dimensional comparison of the ring.(0 reviews) -

Valve Spring Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
Spring – Valve Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine QSC 8.3
Located on the cylinder head, on the valve assembly, it is a valve spring installed in the cylinder head. It is used on both the intake and exhaust sides, depending on the engine configuration. It is an engine valve spring made of high-strength spring steel.
It is equipped with Cummins ISC 8.3, QSC 8.3, ISL 8.9, QSL 8.9, and QSL 9 engines.
Before the sale, compatibility must be verified using the ESN (Engine Serial Number), CPL, QuickServe/Cummins Catalog, installed part number, valve rotator configuration, parts manual, and dimensional comparison. The simple “QSL” model is not sufficient to guarantee compatibility with every ESN.

Valve Tappet Lifter Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
Valve Tappet Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
The tappet is installed between the camshaft cam and the rest of the valve train. It transmits the cam’s motion to the pushrod/rocker arm system, allowing the valves to open and close properly.
Applications for Cummins ISL, QSL, ISC, QSC, and C-Series engines.
Final compatibility must be verified using ESN, CPL, QuickServe, and the Cummins catalog before installation.

New Cylinder Head Cummins Engine ISC – Engine ISL
Cylinder Head Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine ISL 8.9
It is identified as a Cummins cylinder head for diesel engines. 6 cylinders, 24 valves. It is mounted at the top of the engine block, above the cylinders. It is secured to the engine block using cylinder head bolts, with the cylinder head gasket positioned between the cylinder head and the engine block. It seals the top of the cylinders and forms the upper part of the combustion chambers. Its main functions are to allow air to enter through the intake valves, to expel exhaust gases through the exhaust valves, to house and guide the valves, to support the fuel injectors, and to allow lubricating oil and coolant to flow through dedicated internal passages. Valves and springs included.
It is recommended for use with Cummins ISC 8.3 CM2150, QSC 8.3-500 HO CM850/CM2850, ISL 8.9 CM850, QSL 8.9 CM850/CM2850, QSL 9 M CM2250 L106, and 6C 8.3 series engines.
Always double-check; I wouldn’t assume the number is universally interchangeable on every QSL/ISL without verifying the ESN and CPL.

Valve Cover Gasket Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
Rocker Cover Gasket Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine QSC 8.3
It is located at the top of the engine, under the valve/rocker cover. It is installed between the rocker/valve cover and the top of the cylinder head, creating the seal needed to prevent oil leaks from the valve train.
Fitted with Cummins 6C 8.3, 6CT 8.3, 6CTA 8.3, ISC 8.3, QSC 8.3, ISL 8.9, ISL 9, QSL 8.9, and QSL 9 engines.
Before making a purchase, I recommend always verifying the part using the ESN (Engine Serial Number) and, when available, the CPL in the Cummins catalog. Alternatively, you can verify it using the valve cover number, casting/stamped number, exact engine model, machine serial number/VIN, OEM parts catalog, or by comparing dimensions with the original gasket.

Valve Cover Gasket Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
Rocker Cover Gasket Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 /L – Engine QSC 8.3 /L
The gasket is installed between the valve cover (rocker/valve cover) and the cylinder head. Its function is to seal the top of the cylinder head, preventing oil leaks and the entry of contaminants into the valve train area.
Used on Cummins 6C/L Series, ISC 8.3, QSC 8.3, ISL 8.9, and QSL 8.9/9 engines.
It should not be purchased based solely on the engine model. In particular, for ISL/QSL applications, you must verify the type of valve cover; one source specifies that it is intended for use with 8-bolt valve covers. For definitive confirmation, I recommend verifying at least one of the following: ESN (Engine Serial Number), CPL, the Cummins QuickServe catalog, the valve cover number, the number of bolts, the VIN/vehicle serial number, the parts manual, and a dimensional comparison with the original gasket.

Water Pump Cummins Engine ISC – Engine QSC
Fresh Water Pump Cummins Engine ISC 8.3 – Engine QSC 8.3
Intended for the cooling system. Its function is to circulate coolant through the engine block, cylinder head, and cooling system, transferring heat to the radiator and maintaining the engine at the correct operating temperature. The visible configuration includes a triangular flange with three mounting points, a cylindrical housing, a metal impeller, and an O-ring seal. The exploded view available for the kit shows the pump, O-ring, and mounting hardware.
Engine Compatibility: Cummins 6C, 6CT, 6CTA, C8.3, ISC 8.3, QSC 8.3, ISL 8.9, ISL9, QSL/QSL9
Before installation, I recommend checking the Cummins ESN and CPL. The fact that the same ISC/ISL/QSL rated engine is used does not guarantee that all configurations use the same pump.
